Terms of Service

  1. Payment Methods
    We prefer Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash, and Debit/Credit/Visa MasterCard within Pakistan.

  2. International Payments
    For payments from outside of Pakistan, we accept payment in advance through Bank.

  3. Order Confirmation
    To confirm your order, please inbox us on our Facebook Page, Instagram, or WhatsApp.

  4. Make-to-Order Products
    Make-to-order products are pre-orders and will take a minimum of 2 weeks to a maximum of 3 weeks to prepare. Payment must be made in advance for pre-order products.

  5. International Orders
    For international orders, the delivery time is a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 3 weeks. A tracking number will be provided via email once the order is completed and dispatched.

  6. Customer Support
    For complaints, suggestions, and queries, please inbox us on our Facebook Page, email us, or call us.

  7. Delivery
    Our riders follow delivery routes and not specific timings, so please cooperate.

  8. Product Issues
    If there is any damage, fault, or difference with your product, Aamattire will be responsible for replacing it. The customer will need to resend the parcel through Pakistan Post courier service to Aamattire’s address.

  9. Exchanges
    No exchanges will be entertained if you change your mind or if there is a mood change. Please ensure you are certain about your purchase before finalizing the order.

  10. Order Cancellation/Changes
    Orders can be canceled or changed within 2 hours of submission. After this period, cancellations or changes will not be entertained, and customers must accept their orders.

  11. Address Details
    Please provide a complete and accurate address, including house number, block number, street number, or a nearest famous landmark, to ensure delivery. Incomplete addresses will result in order cancellation.

  12. Refund and Return Policy
    We strictly follow a no refund and no return policy.

  13. Sale Items
    Sale or stock clearance items are not eligible for changes or refunds.

  14. Duties and Taxes
    Duties and taxes applicable to your country will be the customer’s responsibility.

Exchange Period
There is no exchange period for products if there is a mood change.
